Flash light device for the fast and safe curing of light-curing resins. At the same time, molds which were manufactured with the 3D evolupt manufacturing technologies can be post-polymerized.It disposes of two flash bulbs at the bottom flashing the polymerization chamber. The device is applicable for the polymerization of all light-curing materials curing in a wave-length range of 280-580 nm and equipped with a protective gas function. Thus, oxygen inhibition is avoided, surfaces cure completely tack-free and removing/cleaning of the inhibition layer is unnecessary. The Otoflash G171 enables manufacturing and processing of light-curing raw materials of diverse consistency and pigmentation as well as repair works with relevant materials and lacquering. With its technical equipment, Otoflash G171 reaches short curing times: two bottom flash bulbs generate 10 flashes per second in working mode. The respective light beam within a wave-length range of 280-580 nm is very intensive. In comparison to other devices, an essentially improved curing of materials can be reached showing very good physical characteristics and a reduced residual monomer concentration (inhibition layer). Otoflash G171 disposes of an integrated operating hour counter, is easy to handle and extremely maintenance-friendly.
The device is also switchable to a different operating voltage (100, 115, 230 Volt AC).
