The new Asiga Ultra™ with 4K technology and 50 µm pixel size delivers exceptional resolution across the entire build space and is perfectly suited for the production of in-the-ear shells, earmoulds and casting moulds in laboratory environments. Touchless interaction is used to navigate the printer through to the start-up process with simple messaging and infographics. The printer is characterised by high productivity and a small footprint. The new magnetic build platform mount eliminates the need to calibrate the system. The Smart Positioning System (SPS™) enables precise control of each individual layer, ensuring optimum printing accuracy and speed. The built-in infrared heater supports the processing of temperature-sensitive materials and achieves temperatures up to 70°C. With the Asiga "Transparent Mode", water-clear resins can now be printed with the highest quality. The UV LED light source is automatically calibrated. Thanks to the open material library, the Ultra™ offers maximum flexibility and cost-effectiveness.
The Ultra material trays "Endurance™" or "UltraGloss™" can be used.
