2. Teilnahmeberechtigung
Teilnahmeberechtigt sind alle Besucherinnen und Besucher des Kongresses, die das 18. Lebensjahr vollendet haben.
Von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen sind Mitarbeitende des Veranstalters sowie deren Angehörige. Der Veranstalter behält sich vor, Personen von der Teilnahme auszuschließen, wenn der Verdacht einer Manipulation, eines Missbrauchs oder eines Verstoßes gegen diese Teilnahmebedingungen besteht.
3. Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel
Die Teilnahme erfolgt am Kongressstand des Veranstalters durch Betätigung eines Buzzers und das Ausfüllen einer Gewinnspielkarte. Jede teilnehmende Person erhält die Möglichkeit, den Buzzer mit Zeitanzeige zu betätigen. Mit der ersten Betätigung wird der Timer gestartet, mit der zweiten Betätigung wird er gestoppt. Ziel ist es, eine Zeit von exakt 10,00 Sekunden zu erreichen. Wer exakt 10,00 Sekunden erreicht, erhält unmittelbar am Stand einen Sofortgewinn. Als Sofortgewinn wird entweder ein ISOtunes XTRA 2.0 oder ein Bebird EarVision Plus vergeben, solange der Vorrat reicht. Unabhängig von der beim Buzzern erreichten Zeit nimmt jede teilnehmende Person mit der vollständig ausgefüllten und abgegebenen Gewinnspielkarte zusätzlich an der Verlosung des Hauptgewinns teil. Bei einer Teilnahme am Mittwoch oder Donnerstag besteht außerdem die Möglichkeit, an der jeweiligen Tagesverlosung um 17:00 Uhr teilzunehmen. Auf der Gewinnspielkarte werden die für die Teilnahme erforderlichen Daten erfasst. Hierzu können insbesondere Vor- und Nachname, Fachgeschäft beziehungsweise Firma, Firmenanschrift und Firmen-E-Mail-Adresse gehören. Die ausgefüllte Gewinnspielkarte wird anschließend in einen blickdichten Lostopf eingeworfen.
Pro Person ist nur eine Teilnahme zulässig, sofern der Veranstalter vor Ort keine abweichende Regelung bekannt gibt.
4. Teilnahmezeitraum
Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist während der offiziellen Öffnungszeiten der EUHA-Messe vom 14. bis 16. Oktober 2026 am Stand des Veranstalters möglich. Für die Tagesverlosungen am Mittwoch, 14. Oktober 2026, und Donnerstag, 15. Oktober 2026, werden jeweils die bis 17:00 Uhr abgegebenen und ordnungsgemäß ausgefüllten Gewinnspielkarten berücksichtigt. Teilnahmeschluss für das Gewinnspiel ist die Schließung der EUHA-Messe am Freitag, 16. Oktober 2026. Danach abgegebene oder unvollständig ausgefüllte Gewinnspielkarten können nicht berücksichtigt werden.
5. Gewinnermittlung
Im Rahmen des Gewinnspiels bestehen drei voneinander unabhängige Gewinnmöglichkeiten:
Sofortgewinn
Teilnehmende Personen, die beim Buzzern exakt 10,00 Sekunden erreichen, erhalten unmittelbar am Stand einen Sofortgewinn, solange der Vorrat reicht.
Tagesgewinn
Am Mittwoch und Donnerstag findet jeweils um 17:00 Uhr eine Tagesziehung statt. Unter den für die jeweilige Tagesziehung teilnahmeberechtigten Personen wird per Los ein Marshall Acton III verlost.
Hauptgewinn
Alle teilnehmenden Personen nehmen unabhängig von ihrer beim Buzzern erzielten Zeit an der Verlosung des Hauptgewinns teil. Die Ziehung erfolgt nach Ende der EUHA-Messe, spätestens innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Messeende.
6. Gewinne
Folgende Gewinne werden vergeben:
Sofortgewinn bei exakt 10,00 Sekunden: 1 × ISOtunes XTRA 2.0 oder 1 × Bebird EarVision Plus, solange der Vorrat reicht
Tagesgewinn Mittwoch: 1 × Marshall Acton III
Tagesgewinn Donnerstag: 1 × Marshall Acton III
Hauptgewinn: 1 × MacBook Neo
Eine Barauszahlung, ein Umtausch oder eine Übertragung der Gewinne auf andere Personen ist ausgeschlossen.
7. Benachrichtigung der Gewinner
Die Gewinnerinnen und Gewinner werden nach der Gewinnermittlung per E-Mail oder auf anderem geeigneten Weg über den Gewinn benachrichtigt.
Meldet sich eine Gewinnerin oder ein Gewinner nicht innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Benachrichtigung zurück, behält sich der Veranstalter vor, den Gewinn anderweitig zu vergeben.
Für die Richtigkeit der angegebenen Kontaktdaten sind die Teilnehmenden selbst verantwortlich.
8. Veröffentlichung der Gewinner
Eine Veröffentlichung der Gewinnerinnen und Gewinner, insbesondere auf Social-Media-Kanälen des Veranstalters, erfolgt nur, wenn hierfür eine gesonderte Einwilligung der betroffenen Person vorliegt.
Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel und die Gewinnvergabe sind nicht von einer solchen Einwilligung abhängig.
9. Datenschutz
Im Rahmen des Gewinnspiels verarbeitet der Veranstalter personenbezogene Daten der Teilnehmenden, insbesondere die auf der Gewinnspielkarte angegebenen Daten sowie die erzielte Spielzeit.
Die Verarbeitung erfolgt zur Durchführung des Gewinnspiels, zur Ermittlung der Gewinnerinnen und Gewinner sowie zur Kontaktaufnahme im Gewinnfall. Rechtsgrundlage hierfür ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
Eine Nutzung der Daten für werbliche Zwecke erfolgt nur, wenn hierfür eine gesonderte Einwilligung erteilt wurde. Rechtsgrundlage ist in diesem Fall Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO. Eine erteilte Einwilligung kann jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen werden.

10. Haftungsausschluss
Der Veranstalter übernimmt keine Haftung für technische Störungen, Ausfälle oder Verzögerungen, die die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel beeinträchtigen können, sofern diese nicht vom Veranstalter vorsätzlich oder grob fahrlässig verursacht wurden.
Der Veranstalter haftet nicht für fehlerhafte oder unvollständige Angaben der Teilnehmenden.
11. Vorzeitige Beendigung oder Änderung des Gewinnspiels
Der Veranstalter behält sich vor, das Gewinnspiel aus wichtigem Grund jederzeit ohne Vorankündigung zu ändern, zu unterbrechen oder zu beenden. Ein wichtiger Grund liegt insbesondere vor, wenn eine ordnungsgemäße Durchführung des Gewinnspiels aus technischen, rechtlichen oder organisatorischen Gründen nicht mehr gewährleistet werden kann.
12. Rechtsweg
Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.
13. Schlussbestimmungen
Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser Teilnahmebedingungen unwirksam sein oder werden, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.
Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
Terms and Conditions of Participation and Data Protection
for the egger EUHA 2026 Prize Draw
1. Organizer

2. Eligibility
All visitors to the congress who are at least 18 years of age are eligible to participate.
Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation. The organizer reserves the right to exclude individuals from the prize draw if there is reason to suspect manipulation, misuse, or a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Participation in the Prize Draw
Participation takes place at the organizer’s congress booth by operating a buzzer and completing a prize draw entry card.
Each participant has the opportunity to operate a buzzer with a time display. Pressing the buzzer for the first time starts the timer, while pressing it a second time stops the timer. The aim is to achieve a time of exactly 10.00 seconds.
Anyone who achieves exactly 10.00 seconds will receive an instant prize directly at the booth. The instant prize will be either an ISOtunes XTRA 2.0 or a Bebird EarVision Plus, while supplies last.
Regardless of the time achieved with the buzzer, every participant who fully completes and submits a prize draw entry card will also be entered into the draw for the grand prize.
Participants taking part on Wednesday or Thursday will also have the opportunity to participate in the respective daily prize draw at 5:00 p.m.
The information required for participation will be collected on the entry card. This may include, in particular, first and last name, specialist store or company, company address, and company email address. The completed entry card will then be placed in an opaque prize draw container.
Only one entry per person is permitted unless the organizer announces otherwise on site.
4. Participation Period
Participation in the prize draw is possible at the organizer’s booth during the official opening hours of the EUHA trade fair from October 14 to October 16, 2026.
For the daily prize draws on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, and Thursday, October 15, 2026, all properly completed entry cards submitted by 5:00 p.m. on the respective day will be included.
The deadline for participation in the prize draw is the closing of the EUHA trade fair on Friday, October 16, 2026. Entry cards submitted after this time or entry cards that have not been completed in full cannot be considered.
5. Determination of Winners
The prize draw offers three independent opportunities to win:
Instant Prize
Participants who achieve exactly 10.00 seconds with the buzzer will receive an instant prize directly at the booth, while supplies last.
Daily Prize
A daily prize draw will take place at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday. One Marshall Acton III will be drawn at random from among the participants eligible for the respective daily prize draw.
Grand Prize
All participants will be entered into the grand prize draw regardless of the time they achieve with the buzzer. The grand prize draw will take place after the end of the EUHA trade fair and no later than 14 days after the end of the event.
6. Prizes
The following prizes will be awarded:
Instant prize for achieving exactly 10.00 seconds: 1 × ISOtunes XTRA 2.0 or 1 × Bebird EarVision Plus, while supplies last
Wednesday daily prize: 1 × Marshall Acton III
Thursday daily prize: 1 × Marshall Acton III
Grand prize: 1 × MacBook Neo
Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of prizes to another person is excluded.
7. Notification of Winners
Winners will be notified by email or by another appropriate means following the determination of the winners.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days after receiving the notification, the organizer reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that the contact details they provide are correct.
8. Publication of Winners
Winners will only be publicly announced, particularly on the organizer’s social media channels, if the person concerned has provided separate consent for such publication.
Participation in the prize draw and the awarding of prizes are not conditional upon granting such consent.
9. Data Protection
As part of the prize draw, the organizer processes participants’ personal data, in particular the information provided on the prize draw entry card as well as the time achieved during the buzzer challenge.
The data is processed for the purpose of conducting the prize draw, determining the winners, and contacting them in the event of a win. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Personal data will only be used for advertising purposes if separate consent has been provided. In this case, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent that has been granted may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

10. Limitation of Liability
The organizer accepts no liability for technical malfunctions, failures, or delays that may affect participation in the prize draw, unless these were caused intentionally or through gross negligence on the part of the organizer.
The organizer is not liable for incorrect or incomplete information provided by participants.
11. Early Termination or Modification of the Prize Draw
The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the prize draw at any time without prior notice for good cause.
Good cause shall be deemed to exist, in particular, if the proper conduct of the prize draw can no longer be guaranteed for technical, legal, or organizational reasons.
12. Legal Recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.
13. Final Provisions
Should any individual provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
