3D Titanium Earmolds

egger earmold materials are tested and biocompatible. Only skin-friendly materials are used. The titanium earmold is made of pure metal and is manufactured using the modern SLS process (selective laser sintering). It has excellent skin-compatible properties, is robust and of very high quality. Special HM cutters with high stock removal and rubber polishers for smooth surfaces are available for titanium machining. To avoid reworking of the titanium earmold in advance, we recommend trial wearing of a 3D vision earmold made of light polymer as a precaution.
